Charles Emmanuel Briggs, 27 intervene himself into a domestic dispute between 23-year-old Garrett Taylor Adams and Adams’ girlfriend, authorities had said Saturday.
Adams armed himself with with a bow and arrow which he aimed it at Biggs, he shot it straight at briggs hitting him in the UPPER TORSO.
Biggs stumbled himself away while leaving a trail of blood outside the house where it all got started... the 43000 block of 27th Street West, In Lancaster. Biggs died on his way to a nearby hospital.
