Wambui Wannoehi lost 50 kilograms and feeling much better and healthy. It has taken me more than 2 yrs to transform my body. My secret is deit plus exercise. I changed my diet, i reduced carbohydrates, wheat, alcohol . I stopped eating junks,sugar sodas etc. I work out minimum 4 days per week. Also drink enough water according to your weight, plus patience and never give up. Also try to reduce your food potion eat more steamed vegetables. If possible you can blend raw vegetables and fruits and drink to detox your body.
